Celebrating 10.000 followers, contributors, co-workers at Linkedin

Since I uploaded my profile at Linkedin I had to regularly recreate myself with the intention of developing healthier, more impactful organisations to help bring about a world that works for all. For this, I developed my skills to communicate with and align people with vastly different worldviews. 

Today’s mental models are insufficient for navigating the future. New capacities are required to increasingly clarify our visions, anticipate emerging changes, adapt and innovate, and effectively respond to the design challenges that arise.
